This project focused on building a comprehensive membership management system tailored for a hospital association serving hundreds of private hospitals and individual healthcare professionals. The platform streamlined the process of registering new members, renewing memberships, and managing member data securely.

Key features included an admin dashboard for tracking active and pending members, automated email notifications for renewals and events, an integrated payment gateway for collecting membership fees, and a member directory that displayed profiles and specialties.

In addition to member management, the system featured an events calendar and RSVP functionality to help coordinate seminars, workshops, and annual meetings. We also developed an API to allow the association’s website and mobile app to display real-time data about members, events, and news.

The platform was designed with a focus on accessibility, data privacy, and scalability to support future growth as the association expands its membership base.
